About the company
Established in Warsaw, working with owners, tenants and trade partners across Poland.
We were set up to solve a practical problem: property owners and small trading businesses were dealing with too many separate suppliers, each holding one piece of the picture and none of the responsibility.
Esquerra Business Services brings those pieces together. On the property side we look after buildings and units day to day — tenants, contracts, contractors, paperwork and the numbers behind them. On the trade side we source and move retail goods for clients who need consistent stock without running a procurement department.
The work is deliberately unglamorous. Leases renewed on time, invoices reconciled, deliveries that arrive when they were promised. Our clients stay with us because the routine things stop being a problem.
